Family Portraits: Lauren, Jake and Jake Jr.

Lauren is a friend of mine from a retail job I had a few years ago. She recently had her first baby boy, Jake. She and her new family came to get some family portraits done by me. It was a lot of fun, and Jake Jr. was a joy to photograph. He was one of the smiliest babies I've ever met!

We had just enough light in the day left to capture this shot, but I would have loved the opportunity to do more work with them outside! That's one of my favorite places to capture family portraits.

 I loved using his little fishing pole as a prop! It was so adorable! Like father, like son. :)

What a sweet family. I loved working with them. Can't wait to get some more outdoor shots with them!
